Very relaxing environment with a great staff! Marni is a great massage therapist and I highly recommend her.
The receptionist was welcoming. The facility was immaculate and relaxing. I prefer white/light color cloths on the table. Also, I really enjoyed the expertise and personality of my masseuse. She was very knowledgeable. I have one suggestion. Perhaps it may be best to ask the client what atmosphere do they desire. For instance, ask if they’re seeking a silent session, minimal conversation, completely engaging conversation or it doesn’t matter. This way it can be listed on the paperwork and communicated from the receptionist to the masseuse. Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Thank you for making my birthday wishes come true! Keep up the great work!!!!

Horrible experience will not be back. That was not a massage more like torture!

My husband and I went for a couples massage and it was phenomenal. I had Rita and he had Johanne they both did an absolute amazing job. We both felt relaxed and rejuvenated. Again it was great

Ease of scheduling and environment.
Was not a relaxing massage at all. The woman who did my deep tissue did not do a good job. I don’t know it’s cause I was her last patient of the day or what but she was ready to go home and made it clear in the way she was working on me. But I think what got me the most was she spent less than 1 minute on my neck and there was parts of my body that I highlighted that never got touched. To top it off at the end right as she finished doing my feet, SHE STARTS TOUCHING ON MY FACE. I have had probably close to 50 massages and this had never happened. I’ve paid half the price I did here and had way better service. I wouldn’t not recommend wasting any money here if I’m honest.

One of our specialties is sport massage. Therapists work to alleviate tension for athletes such as yourself and sometimes it may not feel relaxing as they work to achieve your desired results. We have 8 massage therapists all skilled in different modalities to address different guest's concern areas. Please don't judge the whole Center on your experience with one therapist. Everyone is very nice, very clean and I can get appointment usually when I want.
I love Rachelle and her massages make my aches and pains go away. I do 90-minute massages and then just go by so quickly, but I always walk away feeling so much better. I love the discount you offer for paying monthly, it makes massages so much more affordable.

The massage was truly rejuvenating. My massage therapist was skilled and attentive to my needs. The setting was relaxing, creating a serene experience. I appreciate the professionalism and the overall experience. I am going to do a 90 min instead of 60 min next time.

The services are great but you need to pay for other services like the salt cave even though you are members. Also there are no spa robes for facials. I would also like eye treatments available as add ons
Yes, thats correct. The membership includes a massage or facial monthly. Our wellness services are sold on a session or package basis. Members actually get to enjoy package discounts on many of our additional services. As to robes, they are available and clients are more than welcome to request one. Being you've done single sessions, there's no need for a robe if you're not moving between rooms for different services unlike many other spas. But if you're comfortable wearing a robe during a facial, we are prepared!

My massage was perfect, but I had a gift certificate but was charged another $20.00. I feel your prices are too high. The total was right at $100.00, plus tip.
