Josie did a tremendous job! She is a skilled therapist. My back and neck are problem areas because I spend quite a bit of time looking at a computer screen and don't do enough to remain flexible. After my session I could stand straighter and taller than before. I felt much better. Thank you!

I came in for an hour massage. My therapist wasn’t there to start at 10. I didn’t pay attention to the time I was called back but my dgt did. She asked me when I came out to the waiting area, “You’re already done?” I said yes and then paid for the massage. When we got into the car she said I went to the back at 10:24. I chatted with the therapist 2-3 minutes, then she went and got the lotion from another room, and then I was given 3 minutes to get ready before she returned. I got up immediately to dress once she left the room and noted the digital clock in the room said 10:54. So this was definitely not an hour massage. I should have been charged for a 30 minute massage.

Massages are 50 minutes hands on. The appointment is for 60 minutes which includes time for a consultation, undressing and redressing.

It's always so nice to come to LaVida spa. Allison was lovely, and I felt so pampered by the time I left. My skin felt wonderful, too.
I’ve been disappointed in my therapist’s repeated last minute cancellations and no shows, that she is still booking. I don’t have confidence that my massage will take place as scheduled.
Yolene was FANTASTIC!! She gave me a wonderful deep tissue massage for 90 min!! She was very professional and kind! I will definitely schedule with her again!
I SPOKE WITH THERAPIST ABOUT AREAS THAT I WAS HAVING DISCOMFORT AND SHE DID NOT ADDRESS THOSE AREAS. MASSAGE WAS MUCH TOO LIGHT FOR ME
