Excellent customer service
I was disappointed with overall communication with the massage therapist I had. When it started she gave me a body pillow by setting it on top of me rather than handing it to me & I asked what she wanted me to do with it as I was unsure how she wanted me to utilize it. She just responded by saying "don't you use pillows at home?" I was a little taken aback so I just put it in front of me but I was looking for communication on the best position for me to be in for the massage. There was also no consultation at all about areas that were bothering me or injuries or amount of pressure that I prefer. I was very upset by the whole interaction. I was mot even asked until the ending of the massage how far along in my pregnancy I am. I'm unsure if that was important for the massage or not but that seemed like a question she should have asked in the beginning.

Clean environment, well trained staff.
Facial missed some major areas. During process, no explanation. Products smelled bad. Was told samples would be given at end & I received 1 open tube (no lid) sent away with me as is. Before all was discussed & agreed, even though the technician didn't wan't to do what I was scheduled for because of her "disliking" the machine needed. I left feeling sad & low, not regenerated as I had come there for. I tipped well above the already expensive service experience.
I love the massages I get at Lavida. The staff is very friendly and it's so easy to book a massage.
