I'm sorry I was unable to cancel my reservation ahead of time, but I woke up sick that day. Getting charged anyway was a bad experience, but I understand why you felt you needed to do that.
It is quite difficult to find an appt on the weekend unless you book very long in advance. It did not use to be that way. Thanks
My massage therapist Jennifer was amazing and I will come back for her. The only disappointment was I was in a joint room with divider between two rooms and the other room was having a loud conversation the entire time. Totally not her fault and she tried turning the music up to drown out the noise, but it was still very distracting. I didn’t rate it a full 10 on the recommendation scale because the prices are a bit steep if you can’t commit to a monthly membership.
Always a good massage. Never a bad therapist. Pleasant and efficient front desk personnel. Relatively easy to make reservations considering how busy your schedule is

Have your female masseuse’s take more training on massage methods. In my experience, you only have one really good masseuse and that is Bill. I’ve been getting massages since the 1980’s and those ladies skills are just adequate. But some money into more training for them and I might be able to use them.
Also, please get your reservation system figured out.
I’m glad to be a member, but will only use Bill until the other masseuse’s improve.

I’ve said this before when filling out these feedback requests, but the price is just too steep. I had a gift card, so I came in, and that’s the only time I ever come in. Otherwise, it’s just too expensive.
Sorry to hear. Our price point is in line with what the industry is charging along with our competitors. While we try to keep the price as low as possible, in order to keep our staff, we need to ensure they are paid fairly as well.
I have enjoyed all my massages. The front desk staff is on top of things and making the appointments are easy on the app. I love the atmosphere. The only thing I wish was it would be easier to get appointments on weekends. I work Monday - Friday and I can't make it in on those days. I also would like more slots for facials. I understand it's probably not easy to hire specialized employees though.

exceptional staff
I always look forward to getting my massage from Maribel, she is the best!... I was reluctant to try a facial because I'm a man...lol, but Gail talked me into trying one, I hate to say it was really good, I had Rachel give me the procedure and she was understanding of my reluctance and she patiently explained what she was doing and why. It was a nice relaxing experience and I received a lot of comments about how good I looked lately, so it must work. I will be doing this again and I will definitely ask for Rachel.
I absolutely love my massages at LaVida Massage on Staten Island. From the front desk to the massage, it's always a great experience.
I love getting massages from Lucy and Iris. I can come in there feeling awful and they make me walk out like a new person. They are just the best!!!
