Everything is great! The front desk staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Every massage therapist I have had has been exceptional. The inside and out are always clean. I have no complaints.

What could we do to improve?

Nothing really unless you wanted to extend you services to include/ meet the needs of senior citizens. Getting on and off a table is not inviting. Nor is the need to get undressed and then dressed again, especially within five minutes. ... .
Had great results from the massage I received. My pain subsided and slept last night. I am very grateful! But in my reality and that of my friends it is not "The life".

Clean, new environment with soothing atmosphere. Therapist was efficient and friendly as were two different front desk people. Like monthly plan with family member choice available so I signed up for it. Already suggested it to others.

Christine did a great job kneading out my back. i had no idea how bad my muscles were. as soon as i can make the time, i hope to return for a 90 minute deep tissue massage

Enjoyed the massage from Taylor was surprised that essential oils were an upcharge.. had but seen that anywhere before.. opted out to see what the regular lotion was like.

Everything. The staff is wonderful, it is easy to schedule appointments even last minute appointments. I have gotten massages from various employees, and never had a bad massage.

I called a week before I wanted the appointment & I was able to make one easily. The service is always prompt. The massage therapist took a few minutes to talk with me to help design the best massage for me. It was wonderful. I literally felt dizzy or like I was floating when I was done. The atmosphere was peaceful. My hubby & kids gave me a gift card for Mother's Day & it is just what I needed. This was my fourth massage there. I highly recommend it.
