I try to get a massage every 4-6 weeks and all the therapists have been amazing! Very professional and customize the massage to meet my needs! Thankful to have LaVida during my pregnancy! Plus the app is super convenient for booking!!
I had an excellent massage and I have no complaints. I chose not to return because the price is too high for my budget.
Sydeena was great. No problem at all. The problem is the cost. I was a new client and got the introductory price. There is no way that I can afford the ongoing cost.

Recovering from a car wreck, I've seen multiple therapists, and while different, they've all been awesome!
Manny does an absolutely amazing job. After I was hunched for 3 weeks over a desk during final exam period, he completely fixed my sore and knotted back in one session. It's services like these, plus the affordability of LaVida, that makes me doubtful I'd ever go back to ritzy spas with inferior, yet more expensive, massages.
For the price in Rogers, you can get so many more amenities for the price you are charging.

I brought my 88 year old mother for her first massage and myself for my third ever massage to LaVida in Brighton. We both had oohs, ahhs and smiles on our faces when we saw each other leaving our massage rooms. We both absolutely relished our massages. We both were so pleased with how we were treated by the front desk women and our masseuses. Couldn't be more pleased with our experience. We've become members and I'm excited to have my husband experience the expert masseuse therapy we both received. Thank you!

Level of quality and customer service has declined in the years since I initiated my membership. I
used to recommend my location in Rochester Hills to everyone. Now, I cannot comfortably do so.
I bought 3 $50 gift cards and the male recptionist, who no longer works there didn't activate them or log my cards. Two cards went to medical associates. I was embarrassed that they couldn't use them. I was credited for one, but not all.
I will continue to schedule with Vanessa, who is exceptional. She is consistently proficient. My 90 min. Therapeutic massage yesterday did not address my stated areas of need; my new therapist told me my muscles were just "tight from riding in car" for my long road trip and "will just relax on their own" Will make no new purchases & no new recommendations. .

Simple and fast option for a massage. Definitely with the money. I appreciated it so much that they didn't try and sell me a bunch of stuff either. Granted, it was available. But they didn't push it on you.
