Angel is a wonderful masseuse. She is helping me with some muscular issues. The waiting area is always clean and smells wonderful. Everyone is always so welcoming and so polite and helpful.

Maggie is a knowledgeable aesthetician who gave me a thorough and relaxing facial. I've never been to LaVida Plymouth before and was very pleasantly surprised at the beautiful interior space.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Overall my massage was disappointing. I feel like my masseuse really didn’t know what she was doing . I was slathered in oil afterwards. I went with my girlfriend and she felt basically the same . I wish we had gone somewhere else for her 1st massage experience.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

After a couple attempts to have a harder massage, the massager effectively was rubbing lotion on me and didn’t actually perform a massage. Very disappointing.
