It’s hard to get appointments. You need to have more therapists available so we don’t have to book out 1-2 months out.
Hi Carla! Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback on this platform. We currently have 16 therapists on staff, but the demand for massage is high. We always recommend booking as far out as possible. That way, you always have your preferred day, time, and therapist. In the meantime, we always have a waitlist that we work when last minute cancellations come up. We may be booked 8 weeks out, but we get same week cancellations CONSTANTLY. I do see that you are booked 1-2 times a week through January. I'm glad that we could get you booked out. Thank you and I hope that you have a wonderful day. Best, Sam. :)

I've also noticed you have been able to get in with us the majority of this current year, sometimes twice a month so we look forward to seeing you next week.

Informed therapist my issue was with my lower back and no attention was paid to my lower back. Left very oily, no towel wipe down or even offered to wipe off. Did not feel massage was customized for me. Very generic and basic. There was no stretching. I’ve never received a massage with gloves on. Sounded odd, felt odd. Client should be informed of such things prior.
Hi Chris, I am so sorry that you did not enjoy your massage. Our front desk staff does their absolute best to ensure we pair our clients with the best massage therapist based off of their needs. Sandra has a large following and for most clients she is a great pairing. Unfortunately, stretching is not one of the modalities she offers. Was the worse massage I've ever had seemed like a beginner massage.
Hi Glenn. Thank you for your feedback. The therapist you saw has been in the industry for 13 years so she is not a beginner. We have 18 therapists on staff. It seems that the style you received was not conducive to your personal needs. We would love to fit you with a therapist that is more in line to the type of massage you are looking for.
The atmosphere is very tranquil, clean, and relaxing. George is a wonderful massage therapist.
The therapist spent more time not massaging than massaging. The oil was cold when applying. Was the worst massage I’ve had at LaVida

I noticed you have been coming for quite some time. We are happy to note your account with previous therapist you have enjoyed. I am sorry you did not enjoy this service with this particular therapist as they all have different technique and style.

Laura is the absolute BEST! For a full body, get the 90 min. You will melt! I like a deep tissue, but not TOO deep that it's painful. Laura will use as much or as little as you'd like. The spa is quiet and very restful and everyone there is so nice.
The website needs work. I booked online. Was told it couldn't be accommodated through text. Then I called and rebooked. But the previous bookings weren't canceled. It was a whole situation.
La Vida is impeccably clean, the staff are both extremely personable AND professional, and their prices are very fair for such high quality service!
