My massage was great and I left feeling relaxed but during the massage hot towels were put on my back to help open up my shoulders. Two days later I still have a burn mark on my back from how hot the towels were

Phenomenal
Quiet and respectful waiting area. Was taken for massage with minimal wait. No outside distractions which is common in many spas
Everyone is so pleasant personal. And welcoming. The facility is always very clean and orderly. Making my appointments is easily done using the app. I have very easily to formed a bond with my therapist which makes my sessions that much more comfortable and relaxing. I look forward to my massage session every month.
Friendly front desk staff and Keven is an excellent masseuse.

Walked out with a range of mobility that I had not had in ages. Most productive massage I have ever had, would highly recommend Hannah for deep tissue. My knots had knots.

Dequadre was absolutely amazing
My therapist was Alex. He did a decent job but barely massaged any of my body . Spent all the time on my upper back and calves. Didn’t get lower back, glutes , upper legs, or arms. I get massages once a month and they may spend a little extra time on your sore spots but they still include the rest of the body. Just disappointed I paid for that when I probably should have waited until Monday to get into a place I normally go. A complimentary massage with someone else wouldn’t hurt to make it right!

Loved the ambiance here and everyone is always friendly. Turnover here is very high. As soon as I find a therapist I really like they’re gone in 2 months. Apparently my membership expired. So given my disappointment with the turnover + the rate increase I decided to keep my membership canceled.

I completely understand your concerns with lack of massage therapist retention. As the owner it's incredibly frustrating. They are in high demand due to a severe shortage of therapists graduating over the past few years, and a large number of them relinquishing their massage career due to COVID concerns.
The other major issue at hand is that massage therapy is quite harsh on the bodies of the therapists, and it is an industry-wide phenomenon that they often will take months or even years off to allow themselves to heal and rejuvenate. The average massage career is 8 years, and some therapists simply quit to pursue a career change. And sometimes, they just move away to another city or state.
I am a massage therapist (now inactive), and treating my therapists well is my number one priority. I pay them well, I give them matching 401K, give them monthly free massages, and pay their professional liability insurance. I allow them to make their own schedules, and I welcome them to request time off whenever they feel the need for it.
I am deeply grateful that I have a fantastic team of therapists here, and I hope that you will return soon, and let us help you find one that is just right for you.
I'm unsure why your membership was marked as not automatically renewing when it was first entered into the system in August of '22. I suspect it might have been due to our inexperience as spa owners / spa software users, as we had just purchased this center from the previous owner about a week before your membership started. I sincerely apologize for that misstep.
