The Prana Vinyasa Level 2 class taught by Jen Bluestone is an excellent class. I just moved here from FL and have had a difficult time finding a studio that teaches a faster-paced vinyasa flow with challenging poses and inversions. Lulu Lemon recommended Jen Bluestone at Evolve and I'm so happy for the recommendation. Yoga in Orlando is more popular especially in the Vinyasa Flow style. However, I feel vinyasa yoga is starting to grow here in the Triangle area and I look forward to being a part of that growth at Evolve.

I like the location and the ambiance there. All staff are friendly and knowledgable. I hope that one day, when I have more time, I can participate in more of the classes offered there.

The classes are always a good work out and I really like that the instructors take the time to make sure we are doing the exercises correctly. I would love to see more 8:00 am Level 2 classes offered (during the school year).

I loved the instructors style of how she taught. It was a great flow and I love how she really motivated me to leave everything I was thinking about at the door and just focus on being in the moment and not comparing myself to anyone else. It was a great experience and a welcoming environment! I will e moving from Raleigh soon so I really wish I knew about evolve sooner!

Stacey was welcoming and gave me a tour of the facility - she was very kind and friendly. Both she & Christy were supportive and welcoming when I mentioned it was my first Flow class. Christy was an excellent instructor: skilled and knowledgeable. Christy provided options and offered a supported pose when i had difficulty. Christy provided a fun, challenging class with warmth and encouragement. Lovely class -- I will certainly return! Thank you!
