Excellent instructors! Good variety of classes and convenient class times.
I really liked my first visit with Emily in which she showed me around the studio and answered my many questions. I liked how I didn't have to fight for parking on a busy Saturday morning. I really like my instructor today and her kind spirit and helpfulness.
I liked that props, like bolsters, blankets, and blocks were available at the studio for me to us and that I didn't have to bring my own. Great day!

I thought the instruction was superb, and the equipment is impeccably maintained.
The instructor assessed out level of experience and was very thorough in explaining Yin Yoga and accomodating our level of experience. It was very soothing/relaxing and the time suprisingly went by quickly, despite my concern that I might get tired of holding yoga positions for several minutes.

Very comforting environment and the class description was exactly how the class was carried out. It was the perfect intro class for my friend and I to attend. Not intimidating, relaxing and welcoming studio.
The yoga instructor was awesome and made me feel welcomed, and she really helped me get into positions and utilize my yoga brick as an aid. I am definitely coming back--as it was awesome. Thanks for giving the first visit free.
