My trainer, Alyssa has been such an encouragement and a blessing to me! I am new to Pilates, but she has been patient in working with me each week. I feel stronger, and more confident; my posture has improved; I have been doing different types of exercise including but not limited to running, strength training, kickboxing and aerobics. For the first time I have found something that I believe I will be able to stick with and see improvement in my overall physical condition as I age. I like the feel of the studio and the equipment that I have been using as well--though the magic circle is not a favorite of mine!! LOL! Evolve is a great place for a first, true "studio" experience. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is inviting. Plus, for those who are unsure if they like pilates or yoga... or both... Evolve offers an awesome variety of mat classes and instructed use with performers.

In my private session with Alyssa, she focused on my form as I did the movements. She helped me make slight adjustments that really improved my workout. She also adapted movements when working on areas with previous injuries. Great session and wonderful instructor!

unique for me, i had never worked on equipment like this before. emily was an awesome instructor. she explained the techniques and made me feel comfortable, especially since she knew it was something outside my normal comofort level. loved it, definitely will be back.
