Staff is very knowledgeable and the services are very specialized. The Pilates machine is something I have never tried. This is still very new to me and I have a lot to learn yet.
Great customer service at front desk (Erin) and I LOVE Conni Sithes' Sunday afternoon class. It's perfectly blissful and challenging, and it makes me feel strong and peaceful. She has a wonderful energy and is an excellent instructor. I continue to refer friends (and bring them!) to her class at Evolve.

Most importantly, Stacy's massage is very helpful, and she's very comfortable to be with in that situation. Other staff are also very friendly, and I appreciate how quickly I can get an appointment (I only schedule if I'm hurting, and I'm not good at planning when that happens!)
One suggestion I have pertains to payment. If you give me the receipt to sign, I can add a tip discreetly. Otherwise, either I don't get to (which has happened) or--the other time--the staff person asked me if I wanted to, and because Stacy was right there with me, it felt awkward.
