Lots of different kinds of classes. Very caring and encouraging teachers. Making everyone feel accepted seems to be a philosphy teachers pass onto students.

I feel I can always tell about a place, simply from the person who answers the phone. I spoke with Emily, told her my issues, and she couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Even though I've taken pilates classes (at other studios) for close to 10 years now, I still think it's challenging and am always a little hesitant to go into a new studio or take a class from a new instructor. Emily immediately made me feel that she understood why I wanted to take some privates at Evolve and was really very helpful.
My first private was with Libby, and both her personality and instruction (so important) were also just exactly what I was looking for. Excellent instruction, with the perfect amount of helpful criticism, awareness, and proper adjustment for my particular issues.
Instructors give you the personal attention in all group classes. Clean and inviting studio.
Location was convenient. Facility was clean with nice atmosphere. MaryKate, the instructor was wonderful. She explained things very clearly. First time I heard an explanation and a tip for one move. A goal I will work towards, but made clearer do to her explanation.

people, location, quality of instruction
I love Hayley!! This was my first class experience with yoga. I was only familiar with yoga slightly but I felt comfortable and had a great time. I will be returning for a basic class per Hayley's recommendation. The space was lovely and the yoga was great!!!
teachers are very good at what they do. Friendly atmosphere. Very professional.
Very friendly staff and the way the classes are set up (pay for x number and you can literally go any time that fits your schedule as opposed to having to block off the same time every week to attend the class you want to). I like that kind of flexibility.
The space is beautiful, the boutique is great, but more importantly the instructors strike a lovely balance with their teachings providing food for my mind, soul, and body. I've been looking for a studio to give a little bit more on the spiritual side, but also to help with the integrity of my postures and I believe I have found it!

I loved this class! I tried to fill out the form before and it would not let me.I have done yoga for over ten years and I have never focused so much on breathing before-it was really magical-gosh that sounds over the top but really loved this class!

I like the different class times
The variety of classes and teachers. I love setting an intention at the beginning of yoga classes. I wish there were more classes in North Raleigh- early around 7am and late afternoon- 4 pm or 5. I also wish there were more hour yoga classes.
