I enjoyed how welcoming everyone was when we arrived. Also, what stood out the most to me was the sincerity of the instructor to ensure that everyone in the class was comfortable. Laura was AWESOME! I really enjoyed the class yesterday- she made extra sure that she gave any modifications necessary with every pose. She walked around and made adjustments that helped deeper the posture. I will definitely come back to one of her classes.

Good classes and instructors. Evening classes offered for those who work traditional 8-5 jobs and cannot come during day. Variety of pilates, gyrotonics, yoga, and massage.
I love the teachers, love the class sizes, and love the facility. I'm so happy to have found somewhere I can get a really thorough workout while in the most soothing environment. Always the right temperature, the lighting is always soft, and the music is always good.
Alyssa is a great instuctor. I always leave feeling like I had a great workout and a fun time!
