The ease of booking. They style of yoga. The "warm" but not "hot" room. The building and decor. The staff being very welcoming to newcomers.
The person I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful. Alyssa was an excellent instructor. She made me feel comfortable right from the start. She was encouraging when I didn't feel as if I knew what I was doing, and she took things slowly to help me get the most from my workout.
The teachers are well-trained and nice. The atmosphere is just what it should be: warm and vibrant.

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. All my questions were answered completely and I asked a lot of them. Never made to feel like a bother or that any of my questions were silly.
I love the environment! Very warm and inviting. Prana class with Jen was amazing! I am looking forward to expanding to Pilates as well and I have peace of mind in knowing that found a partner in my overall physical mind/body health Very grateful to have found Evolve!

And would love to see more Pilates mat classes - especially by Felice - i find myself not wanting to go to colins class because I so miss the fantastic workout Felice led. Any chance we can offer a course by her during a "prime time" slot? Like on a weekend or 7am/8am weekday?
The staff and style!
North Raleigh is not a crowded studio. Can generally get into a class without planning weeks in advance. Good variety of solid teachers
They are very personalized. Also, the equipment is in great condition and clean. The atmosphere is relaxing and spacious, yet cozy.
The wonderful kind accepting energy of your teachers, which infuses the classes. The variety of approaches and the variety and levels of yoga taught. Plenty of good energy. Simple and full environment of the yoga rooms. Everything!

I love the studio - its very clean and has great energy. I also love all the yoga teachers - each one is different yet all of them are very friendly and helpful.
The instructors are very welcoming.
The location is convenient with ample parking.
The teachers are excellent. The space is beautiful and inviting. There is a good mix of the physical ("work out") aspects of yoga proctice as well as spiritual. The schedule offers lots of classes at various levels so I can find something that fits my schedule and desired activity level most days.
The location and the staff
I take Pilates, both private and semi-private sessions, and though I knew nothing about Pilates when I started the instructors made me feel very comfortable. Over the course of a year I've had 5 or 6 instructors and I've had a good experience with each one of them no matter what level I've been at.
The environment is warm and friendly and open. The instructors I have experience with, are all very knowledgeable, and are inspiring rather than intimidating - as can be the case in some studios. Members are encouraged to move at their own pace and make the exercise work for their own particular body.
Only one class so ask me in a few more! But i like the machines
