The attendant in the check-in booth was always friendly and helpful. Told me what row to park in and how to display the receipt. The transport drivers are very efficient. They meet you at your car, load your bags in the bus, give you a card with your parking spot number, and show you where you will be picked up when you return. All around satisfying experience. I have, and will, use them whenever I fly out of the Buffalo Airport.
Never have to wait long for a ride. They are always nice and helpful on and off with luggage. Vans are always clean
