I did have a problem accessing my account with confirming and printing my reservation. My sister had to book a separate reservation and pay for it. So I still have a credit for the reservation I made.

The Parking Spot Premium is located near a multitude of hotels/ motels near DFW Airport. The Spot Premium provides a safe , secure, convenient location to leave your vehicle when flying. Their shuttle services are fantastic. You are picked up when you park; and driven safely and directly to your proper gate at the Airport. When you return; they are a phone call away; if they aren’t there when you walk outside. I’ll never fly DFW without them!
It is so easy to park there, you pay in advance, park quickly and get picked up just as quickly.
It's convenient, easy to use, and team members are friendly. Overall, a breeze in what's usually a stressful experience (traveling).
I liked Parking Spot 2 because the ride was shorter and less bumpy. Your buses need better shock absorbers.
