I have parked at MacLlelan for 20 years. I was nervous about finding the Haynes location, but it was so easy. Signs were easily visible. Staff was great. Shuttles were as easy as ever. I'm a long time customer and always recommend you guys. Thanks for making me feel safe after a long drive to EWR.
The service was very efficient and pleasant workers to help… I do have complaint I did request covered parking but my car was covered by “ bird poop” disappointing for sure I spent extra time scrubbing my car to remove all the dried poop!!!

The drivers are very courteous and helpful with the luggage. We rarely have to wait very long for pickup when we return from a trip.
However, we forgot to ask for a stub when we parked our car and that made finding our car very hard when we returned. Our driver was very patient in helping us. It might be nice that the driver make sure you get your return stub as soon as you enter the shuttle after parking.
