One suggestion. In this trip to Italy i flew out of the domestic terminal and landed in the international terminal. This is not uncommon. So on the way back, to get to the parking spot 2, I had to take a bus to the domestic terminal, find out where to get the bus to the parking spot 2 and then take another bus. Perhaps you can identify a way to make this simpler.

The van pulls up as soon as I’m parked. Upon return, a van showed up at baggage claim within a few minutes. Very easy service to use!
