Excellent services. Drivers always friendly and helpful. Wait times are usually quite short both on shuttle to airport and on pickup return. Free water for the self-park lot is a nice touch too

I have always enjoyed leaving my car with The Parking Spot. No matter how delayed my return flight is, the bus to take me back to the lot is always pretty efficient.
Prompt and polite
Our latest experience went very well. Upon parking the shuttle bus was right there waiting for us and the driver was very helpful getting us to the correct American Airlines domestic terminal. On the return leg, we did have to wait a bit the the app allowed us to see the location of buses in the area around the B terminal.
