Very short wait time for next shuttle. Right to your car. (I just needed air in my tire after sitting a couple days. Air pump at shuttle area would be good idea.

I didn't get the names of the shuttle drivers (9 am or so on 12/24, 5:30 pm or so on 12/27) but both were extremely courteous and helpful! Safe drivers as well! Always look forward to visits! Finally, it might seem minor to many people, but I really appreciate the free water bottle given out upon exiting. Helps me hydrate!

Fast pickup and drop off!
Both of the shuttle bus drivers that I dealt with were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. On my way out of the parking lot to go to the airport I ducked under a cable to go to the bus and didn’t realize that my neckroll pillow had popped off of my backpack. It was on the ground. When I mentioned it to the shuttle bus driver, he immediately called into operations and asked them to go find the pillow which they did and they put it inside so they could easily pick it up on the return trip. My return driver from the airport back to the lot to pick up. My car was also very helpful. Explain exactly where I needed to go to pick up my neckroll , and also had a very nice conversation with the man.

Usually very quick w pickup and dropoff. Waited 25 min for pickup at 330 am w 2 vans passing rt by us without a word (abt 15 of us waiting). But, even w this hiccup, typically great service

My vehicle was safe and secure the whole entire time I was on vacation. I never once had to worry about my vehicle being stolen, vandalized or anything of that nature. I'd recommend Parking Spot 3 to any of my family members or friends.

I reserved a covered parking spot in advance and paid. Ride to and from airport was on time. Driver unloaded luggage. Everything went as planned.
The parking lot is close to the airport. I prepaid, so all I had to do was to show the QR code I got by e-mail. The shuttle service was quick both in and out. On out way back the driver dropped us off right in front of our car.
Bus ride from my car to the terminal door. it's like door to door service. The drivers are very helpful too.
