Using The Parking Spot is key in travel plans to LAX. Downloading their app and using it for the paperless entry and exit was very easy. If you have issues there is always a parking attendant nearby to help out but we had no issues. This trip we used the Sepulveda Blvd. It is in a convenient location (right off of the freeway). It is a well-kept parking structure. It is very secured. Our inbound plane to LAX was delayed 24-hous and it was so nice not having to make arrangements picking us up because we knew our car was safe in a secured location and staying an extra day was another few bucks. It was well worth it! When we arrived at LAX at 12 midnight, we walked to the location upstairs and The Parking Spot van showed up within 5 mins. She was very nice, helpful, pleasant. Upon arrival to The Parking Spot we grabbed the free cold bottles of water and went to our car and on our way in no time. Another great experience. Thank you!

What I like is the convenience. What I'm hoping, is you are able to continue the quality of service I'm used to and expect. Coming in late at night hasn't been great. It worked this last time, but back in October, we had to get an Uber to get our car as you didn't have enough buses and we weren't willing to wait an hour. On Monday night, we were able to get on the first bus, but 8 people had to wait for the second bus.
