Rich was our service provider yesterday, July 11th. He was professional and personable. Excellent service and a clear explanation of the service required and recommendation, including pricing, was provided by Rich. Thank you for the great service.

Pricing came back towards the higher of the 4 bids I received. It seems pretty hard to do apple to apple comparisons between companies as each bid I received had different elements to it. I'd recommend focusing more on trying to educate the customer about the difference as price is a strong motivating factor.

Came on time,fixed the problem quickly.

Quick response time. Communication from the tech re what the problem was and when the new part came in. He was on top of it and the staff at the office was friendly and responsive too.

Once suggestion...the circuit board fried and the tech put in a temp board, really liked that idea since we were having very hot weather, but that board also failed prior to the new part coming in - I called him to have him look to see if there might be something more wrong and did not hear back so assumed all was good. My tenant informed me that the furnace was VERY dirty so he cleaned it. The thing I suggest is having the tech give that feedback to the owner (mgt in my case) I would rather hear it from the tech than the tenant and have professionals clean it. I realize there would be a charge for this but that is fine. I am afraid if it wasn't cleaned the new board may have went bad prematurely too. And, not sure my tenant knows what he is REALLY doing.

The servicing of our old AC/furnace was excellent as they were old and needed it. When we replaced both units, Chris was excellent in taking the time to analyze our house to make recommendations for what units made the most sense.

Your phone person said on 6/21 that a salesperson would call to do a quote over the phone with me because my timetable was not within 30 days even though I was reluctant to do that as I wanted an accurate quote. I agreed and have had no contact from your organization until today.

Other competitors sent a person to my home to give me a quote and I felt comfortable that they understood the scale of the work and any specific needs of my project without hesitation.

I cannot reply to that question. I had a salesman here and that is all. He was very informed and very good at his job.

More detailed explanations (especially written) of what goes into the regular maintenance performed by the service techs would be helpful.

Has been great so far.

The appointement request process online and via telephone was fast and easy. The technician showed up on time with a 30-minute warning phone call. His troubleshooting was thorough, his explanation of the issue was detailed and trustworthy, and we felt his diagnosis and short/long term remedy was accurate.

2. Installer was professional and did call me hour before completion as I requested (in case I wanted to leave building for a while)

I will recommend STandard and Heating but some DISAPPOINTMENTS:
1. Bait and switch on website....no $750 discount as shown on website
2. Your initial written bid was lacking detail....should be detailed ...not just replace this model of ac and here is price. Upon my request a new detailed bid was provided after effort...this is important as no one likes surprises.
3. Soon after installation, I periodically heard a strange vibration...not continuous. I had never heard such a sound so called customer service. Today, July 10...Good thing I did call....fellow Rich came today...EXCELLENT...he quickly diagnosed the problem--- the installer put in too much refrigerant. Now all ok.

The price to come out and diagnose the problem should be rolled into the bill if the customer decides to go ahead with the repair. My only hesitation with using you again it how high the cost is.

What I like best about Standard Heating & Air Conditioning is its people. Luke arrived at my house at the arranged time, isolated my air conditioning problem, and fixed my cooling issue. Luke was polite, professional, neat, and cleaned up after his work was finished.

I commend Luke for job well done.
