Sincet there are many offers out there with other companies I asked if they would work with me on the price of some of their services and without hesitation they did. All work performed was quick and they did not try to sell me on things that did not need attention. The installer was very helpfull and provided multiple tips on how to keep my AC running as smooth as possible. Thanks!
The only issue I had was that I required an inspection for a city rebate program. I had to call several times to request the permit/inspection card, only to find out the permit hadn't actually been pulled prior to the work. My sales rep Chris Buchanan was great, and the guys doing install were friendly and did fabulous work! I just wish you'd been a little more responsive to my calls (re: the permit) after the work was done.

Not much to improve based upon my experience - unfortunately due to the age of my AC unit the service technician did not feel comfortable opening up the valves during the inspection due to the risk of breaking components that may not be replaceable. I appreciated his honesty but was unwilling to sign a waiver and therefore he did not go through with attempting to inspect the compressor unit. Thankfully I was not charged for the visit and would definitely consider Standard for any future AC replacement.

Sales and installation people where very professional and up front about everything. There were no surprises about installation time and I felt the price of upgrading my HVAC was reasonable. I called for service and the tech was out within a couple of days, my initial call was some noice the air condenser was making. The tech didn't find anything wrong, but gave the system a full checkup and it didn't cost me a dime! I felt he was very thorough and professional.

My salesman was nice, but of all the companies I called to give an estimate he was the only one to show up late, want to sit and chit chat when he made me late for work, and I didn't see an estimate for more than 3 days after his visit. By that time I had already gone with another company, not to mention a better offer.

Product needs to prove itself, needed part replaced <1year after installation though.
You guarantee the work you do, and come back and fix it if there is a problem in a timely manner. You have good quality products.

While Ms Robichon was very pleasant to meet with, she made it perfectly clear to me that it was your "busy" season and since I was just starting to explore my options, she couldn't be bothered with giving me any kind of written job plan or estimate. Yes, she did say the job would cost 10-15 thousand, but that was it. I should call you back maybe in December or January unless I was ready to have the work done now. I don't think it is possible to convey to you how angry that made me. I took time out of my schedule to meet with her and she can't give me anything in writing? This is a big expense for me, and I am looking for a reliable and high-quality vendor to do the work, not making a snap decision based on how nice and friendly a salesperson is. Just FYI, 2 other companies were happy to provide me with detailed written work plans and estimates. Good thing you guys are so busy...you surely don't need MY business.
It took longer for the repair than I would have liked.
Great communication and follow up . When they say someone will contact you and follow up they do ! Keep up the great service with the experienced techs who came out and did the work in a timely and professional fashion. I will use their services again !
Several times we have had Standard Heating perform major work for us. Every time you have made serious mistakes that have greatly inconvenienced us, and even endagered us. NO MORE!
