1) Tom did a very nice job of noticing and fixing a few related items. I appreciate him noticing the details and going beyond just selling a new air conditioner.
2) The installation guys were very personable, right on time, and did a very nice job of keeping the place clean. Putting down a large tarp to keep the stairs clean was a very nice touch.
3) I think I got a nice price. Didn't shop & compare but feel it was fair.
The service appointments have always been made very quickly after I have called, meaning there are many qualified technicians available to help. The quality of the work and the friendliness of the staff have always been very good.
Have had very good luck with our furnace and heat pump so far.
Quite competent organization, both administration and technical service ... evidently, personnel are thoughtfully selected and well trained.
I liked the fact the technician was friendly & knowledgeable. Josh ran through his tune up process, corrected the issue.
I most pleased that no problem was inveted to up sell me, or was hounded for follow up visits & service contracts.
I had a great repair experience, without the " used car salesman " pitch.
Salesman called prior to appt to confirm and told us to call him anytime with any questions. Also gave us info needed if we wanted to call around for other quotes.
PROMPT AND CURTIOUS SERVICE, KNOWLEDGABLE
I like the way everyone responded so quickly and professionally. I didn't have to wait 5 weeks to get a person here to do the job. The service man showed up on time. He was friendly, informative and very professional. I showed him where everything was and he took care of it. After he finished, he didn't give me a big song and dance, just related the facts about my aging air conditioner and what might need to be done. Overall, I was extemely pleased with this company and their employees. When I do need a new air conditioner, I will go to them.
Although I understand everyone needs to make money, 251.00 seemed a little high for 1/2 hours work.
I feel comfortable knowing the product and service is great. The knowledgeable people and prompt service is great.
I have had Standard Heating/Air condintioning install my furnance and air plus Standard is the only ones' that are allowed to repair/check those items. I have recommended Standard to many firends. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the knowlegable techs that have come to the house.

Prompt service with very skilled people; however he was not able to fix the rattle sound.
It is the service and the feeling that "you got my back". You have called me when there was a recall on a part for the furnace. Your service people are courtious and friendly. Get to work and move on. Love the service plan and your always reminding me to schedule. Recently we thought our AC was done and scheduled an appointment quickly. Then we realized it must have been a power clitch and got it running again. Canceling was easy and you were very pleasant even though you were extremely busy. Great customer service. Keep up the good work.
Make sure when offering special pricing deals that they are not better than what customers have prepaid.
Despite standard scheduling concerns (which I understand, particularly during peak season), your repair professionals are top-notch. Timely, professional and to-the-point. The issue was quickly diagnosed, the repair part was identified and you even had the replacement with you on the spot. I was expecting the need to order a part and schedule a time for the replacement. All told, it took less than a hour to have my AC restored and fully tested. Many times "delighting the customer" is given lip service, but you all really exceeded my expectations. I'm delighted and, thankfully, cool.

I was not convinced that the AC tune up did anything to improve the efficiency of the unit as I was led to expect. It was good to know that the unit had sufficient refrigerant. Deacon was polite and knowledgeable.
I really like your service. I trust the people that come out to take care of my furnace and a/c. My new a/c is working great in all this heat!
I have no previous experience to rate them higher or lower.
I made an appointment to get a quote on a possible new air conditioner. The sales rep began with questioning me about a number of elements which didn't seem to be in line with what would be needed for the purchase of an air conditioner, finally I asked why these questions and how they impacted buying an air conditioner. Then I found out all this time time wasted as it was based on trying to sell me a new furnace. I in no way need or want a new furnace and that was not what I asked for when making the appointment. I expressed my frustration with the rep and just asked for my quote for the air conditioner, which still didn't happen immediately. The entire visit took almost 1 1/2 hours of my valuable time, I expected a review of the house and a quote for options to last less than 30 minutes. This extended effort to try and sell me a furnace was disrespectful of my time and original request.
I appreciate the pre season routine checkup program. It's great to know that a qualified
person has given your furnace or air conditioner a thorough going over.
Communication and follow through. I called and ordered an air filter (one of my "free" filters) a week and a half ago. After waiting a week I called to see if it had been shipped. It was 4:59pm and the parts department was closed for the night (understandable) so the gentleman took my message and said they would have someone contact me the next day. No one called so I called back that afternoon and was told the parts manager brought a filter down to Lindsay(?), who shipped it out. I received it today. Someone dropped the ball the first time I placed the order and a return call was not made. Not feeling the love today.

we have been with Standard Heating and Air conditioning for 4yr's and have received top notch service. We bought a furnace and AC unit as ours were over 20 yrs. old the installation went very good and the installers listen to any concerns we may of had. We have Standard maintain both units with a yearly inspection and have had no problems. Standard Heating and Air Conditioning will be the only Co. we will use for our Heating and Cooling needs.

This was the first time we called Standard for service. On a hot summer, we were very happy the technician was out the next day and fixed the problem in an hour. He was thorough and did an excellent job!
I liked that the phone operators, Denise and Linda, tried to troubleshoot the problem I was having by talking me through some steps I should take before sending a technician to my house. I thought it was the mark of a very ethical business, some other places might have been all too eager to rush a repair person to my house to make a buck (or several hundred, as it were).
