So far the air conditioner is working fine. The technician who was here last Saturday was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions and even offered to put in a filter that we had here as well as get one from his truck for another location. He cleaned the AC with a hose and it seemed to run even better after he left

Solid products and great customer service
When we call for service they come out in a reasonable amount of time. The technicians are friendly and nice. They are concerned about
our floors wearing their protective booties on their shoes. I really like that because we are fussy about our house looking clean and not
having to clean up after they leave.
The only reason we decided not to go with Standard Heating & Air Conditioning was because we decided to go with a Carrier unit (we previously had a Carrier). The sales person was very polite, personable and thorough. Our neighbors used Standard (Bryant) and are very happy.
Standard was honest and fair when they came out and bid on our AC installation. They also had one of they lowest prices.
it would be nice if the appointment times were in smaller windows. I had to take about a 1/2 day off work everytime I need an appointment and that is hard to do. Sometimes, I've even had to use vacation time to make up for the hours that I missed at work. Even if there were some night or weekend appointments would help.
I was a little disappointed that the repair to my air conditioner was due to defective job by your company on a prior visit.

Air conditioner installation seemed too expensive. Quote did not give me a cost for the air conditioner, installation separated. So I can't do a comparison to other providers.

Personable, knowledgeable staff. I like being able to buy a package for maintenance and then you remind me to make an appointment.
Installation was clean and efficient. Yearly follow up checks have been on time and all the people working for you have been helpful and politely answer all my inane questions!
The guy was geat
salesperson took the time to go over options and available products that fit our budget and did not rush through like the other company we had bid for our new furnace. He answered the follow up calls quickly afterwards when we had additional questions and did not get frustrated with us.

We have purchased a furnace and A/C unit and are happy with the performance of both. Our real satisfaction comes from your service, though. We have never had a service and/or prepaid maintenance call where we haven't been so impressed with the politeness and efficiency of your employee and with their total concern for our complete satisfaction.
