I liked the promptness and how nice and helpful the staff is. I wasn't home to meet the tech, but my mother was and said he did a great job. Hopefully, I won't have any issues with my ac or heating anytime soon, but if I should, I will definitely call you guys back.

Service was excellent
Prompt service. Quick analysis of the problem (which it turned out wasn't much) and even though the problem was taken care of quickly, your technician still took the time to check the functioning of our air conditioner to make sure everything was up to par.
We were happy with the installation of a new furnace and air conditioner you did for us--now quite a few years ago. Since then our contact with Standard has been for check-ups and maintenance. The service people who have come to the house have been unfailingly prompt, friendly, polite, thorough and neat. That's good service!
