The initial plan that our salesperson came up with needed to be redone, and Mesha (installer) and Ben (salesperson) worked together to make sure that everything would work properly. Standard went above and beyond our expectations - the final cost was going to be almost double our initial estimate (which we would never be able to afford) and they worked with us to make sure we would have the air conditioner and ductwork that we needed.
We bought our furnace from you five years ago, and since we had a great experience then, we gave you a call for the air conditioning. This was, hands-down, the absolute best experience we've ever had. We will never even think of calling anyone else. We cannot give you any better praise than that. Any time we hear of someone needing HVAC work, they will be sent to you.
I have been a customer for many years. It is nice to see that you retain some employees and I see them year to year.

I have appreciated the excellent customer service since the time that I purchased my new heating an cooling units from Standard Heating & Air Conditioning. I also like that the office where I purchase the filters in located in Minneapolis and is easily accessible.
Your price was right, the installation team was at my home when your salesman, Ben said they would be and they were in and out quickly. Plus the air conditioning has come in pretty handy with these 90 degree days.

The fact that you have been around for a long time & offer competitive prices. Your salesman are very knowledgeable, they follow-up without being pushy.
The process just didn't go very smoothly. I dealt with multiple people and the entire what is going to happen was never explained to me from the start to the finish to the "who would be in my house" to inspection to rebate, etc. Very confusing and I never knew who my contact was.

The air conditioner outer panel still makes a knocking noise. I had pointed that out when the repair person was here and really wanted that fixed. My husband said the serviceman indicated that the screws only go in so far but it seems like it should be able to be fixed.
After I made the call to the service dept, everything happened very conveniently for us. We are very busy - so having the technician take care of everything with little direction from me was very nice.
We did not choose to go with Standard Heating for our new furnance and air conditioner. The presentation and sales person was satisfactory, just didn't choose them.
Professional staff who know what they are doing.
No-pressure sales -- my 25-year-old air conditioner went out on a hot day last summer; a Standard repairman came out right away, fixed a refrigerant leak and warned that the unit was nearing the end of its useful life. He suggested I wait til the following March or April and watch for a sale, which I did. I called in March, got a very good pre-season deal and the new unit is working great this summer. (It's also more efficient so I'm saving on my electric bill even though I'm using it more this summer.)
