Refused to provide me with an itemized invoice for repair work or to disclose the cost of parts. I find this a really inappropriate way to do business and I've never seen this occur in any other business that I've worked with in any sector.
don't think Standard Heat will likely take any responsibility for poor inspection job.

Very dependable service and do a great job communicating start to finish on the install process. I have had a AC and furnace installed in the last year and very impressed with the work that was done. Very professional and great customer service. There was a minor issue with my water heater pilot light being turned off during the furnace install and I called and a tech was at my house within 15 minutes to correct the problem.

Consider a different way to contact the consumer regarding seasonal check-ups. The post card is a great reminder but the email notification could be enhanced to get a better/more immediate response.

Be more timely about notifying customers that it's time to schedule checks. I called you first, mid September. And, be more responsive on phone service.I called the Minneapolis office three times and no one answered.
I haven't received a follow-up call to schedule another visit... But I'm guessing that will come soon?
