My appointment was scheduled between 12:00 and 3:00. It was right around 12:00 when I got a call informing me that the technician was running late, and it would now be sometime between 3:00 and 4:00. I so appreciated the call, as that gave me time to run some errands and still be back before he arrived. I wish more companies would extend this courtesy to their clients! Plus, when the technician arrived, he remembered me and my house, did the work quickly, cleaned up after himself and turned off all of the basement lights on his way out. I just could not be more pleased with the service I receive from Standard Heating & Air Conditioning!

Hello I believe Standard's services and installations have always been conducted in a very professional manner. The technicians have always been careful to cover their feet when entering our home. Tom the tech who worked on the latest installation did an over the up job. Tom also provided information which led to a service call by Center Point Energy which led to a repair for hold house system. Yes I would and have recommended Standard to people..

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was very appreciative that you were able to come out on such short and thank you for that. The service man was punctual and very pleasant. But I was under the impression that the service call charge would go towards the furnace repair if I decided to use your services. It was very expensive and of all times, right before Christmas.
After all was said and done, I get a flyer for a tune up on the furnace and water heater for less than what I paid for the furnace alone. That was quite upsetting.
