Quick response
Just bought a house and noticed furnace fan running long time. Some time all day. Have a transferable warranty from past home owner that took care of service .Everything went well and service person educated me on some thing about the furnace that I can do to keep it running well.
The service was great. Both the person who took the service call and the technician that came out to the house were friendly and explained everything.
Reliable and prompt service
I mentioned your excellent service in replacing our furnace at my neighborhood book club, and at least four of the five other people there said they used Standard Heating, too, and think you are great.
Technicians are knowledgeable, pleasant and have great communication and people skills.
My furnace went out a day before 16 inches of snow. I called Standard Heating and they were able to come out within hours, not days. Our repairman Chad was the absolute best!! He was kind, courteous and fun to work with in our worse time. Unfortunately we had to replace our furnace. Brian came out the next day, did measurements and recommended the best unit for our house. He even made friends with our cat!! The furnace was replaced by Pao and Matt a day later (due to the snow storm) and Pao checked everything out with us before he left. My experience was superior with Standard Heating and AC!! I highly recommend them and will be signing up with their monthly service for both my furnace and AC units. It’s hard to find a company that still believes in customer service. Thank you all so very much!!!

Response to calls for service are handled relatively quickly.
Our new furnace had an odd code so we used the 24/7 website to get a service call. They called early in the morning, got a tech out to fix the furnace.
He didn't have the part, but was quickly back from the office with the part and fixed it up quickly.
All under warranty.

The young service man who came to my house was soooo helpful. He went over and above to help me and answer all my questions. I did have a few. My biggest question was why my house is cold in one room and cooler in house. He found vents where the screws showed being only 3/4 open. Probably since our house was built over 40 years!!! And that one of the room vents was not working since then too. He was so patient and kind with me. I am now 75 so it takes me awhile. I think this young man is a great representative for Standard.
