My repair was smooth and Cho was very friendly and answered all of my questions..
They are great to deal with. Our AC went out during a time when the temps weee in the 80s and they squeezed us in and for the AC working temporarily until they could get a replacement part.
The last 2 visits were handled very professionally at no charge since they were covered by warranty. Problems were fixed on the spot.
However, at the installation of our AC system 2 years ago, why did someone use soft solder on a joint in the high pressure line, which broke open and leaked 2 years later?

People at standard heating and air conditioning did a great job had new furnace and air conditioning put in everything runs great. Had a tech out earlier was on time and diagnosed my problem in probably 20 minutes or less. Also wonderful sales department
