Expert, honest, quick response. The best! I’ve relied on them for years!
I was disappointed at the scheduling process; I did not receive any notification that my original appointment had been canceled, and had to follow up directly when my scheduled appointment time came and went. While I appreciated that the followup repair appointment was scheduled quickly, the scheduler did not indicate that the repair would take nearly all day, and I had not made plans to adjust my workday accordingly.
Be a little more careful with the installation and seal the old exhaust system properly.
Though we'd worked with you years ago to install AC, we just recently re-connected when we joined the Smart Club. Last week we had an issue with our Furnace tune up - they were back within days to clear it up.
Plus, the phone assistance was really friendly...and actually helpful.
Everyone is great! From Shirli in the office to Cody and the whole install team are caring and take the time explain all the benefits and features of their product. I’ll definitely use and recommend Standard in the future.

Our furnace went out and I called late enough on a Saturday, that the only time slot open was 8 to midnight. Our serviceman called us around 9:30 letting us know that he had one call ahead of us, so we had an idea of when he'd arrive. He then called when he was leaving the last call to let us know it would be about 15 minutes. He arrived in that time and quickly determined that the furnace had some burnt out circuits. He had us up and running in 15 minutes! All covered under our warranty. Thanks!

Jason came to our rescue Friday. He has been our HVAC tech for more than twenty years. He does everything to make certain my wife and I are satisfied customers. We have been frustrated with the fact that even though investing more than $13,000 in a new HVAC system, we have had major problems with the distribution of warm air. There are some really hot spots, and some areas with hardly any heat. Jason opened a number of dampers in a sincere effort to correct the problem. All seemed good when he left. However, over the weekend we discovered that one small upstairs bathroom is receiving way too much heat. This problem needs to be corrected. I will be calling Monday to request a return trip for Jason. (He did say to call if we had any additional problems problems.) Please do not tell me we may need to pay $99 for a service call. None of this was a problem until the new system was installed. While I am not an expert, I feel the switch to a two-zone system, which was recommended by your salesperson, has something to do with the improper distribution of heat. Name removed
All your technical staff, whether doing routine annual furnace/AC maintenance or more complicated warranty/repair work, showed a high level of technical understanding and
skill. All were customer friendly/personable.
Since I have a maintenance contract, I felt confident that the problems with my furnace were real. I have been contracted for 8-9 years.
They explained everything about the process and when an error occurred in the order, it was quickly remedied.

We appreciate the communication. When we call, we get straight answers from courteous,
informed representatives. When we are expecting equipment services, we get notified of
approx. time of arrival. When they arrive, we don't have to remind them of their shoes.
They don't mind our questions and respond with information we can understand. They seem
to have enough time allocated to do a quality job. They are friendly and don't mind us asking
a few personal questions or listening to a few of our stories.
Hats off to Nate, Deacon, Cameron, Cho and Grace, and, I'm sorry if we left anyone out.

Conscientious service and solid product backing
I love that Greg has been my service technician for over 10 years and he knows everything about my furnace and it's 'history....that consistency means a lot.
Everything was completed in a professional and timely manner. The workers were all very friendly and seemed and seemed quite competent and knowledgeable.
After four years you guys finally came through and replaced the undersized furnace you previously sold me. Greatest customer loyalty comes about from how a company handles problems - more so than if you never have a problem.
