Jason, went above and beyond replacing condensation hoses from the furnace and air exchanger. He also worked until he found and resolved a 'whistling' issue when the furnace was running.
I have been pleased with the professional, prompt services of Standard Heating. However, a technician made an error by leaving too-short tubing on my humidifier, resulting in a drip that ruined flooring. On the positive side, Standard responded with immediate service to correct the problem once I discovered it. I will, however, have to repair/replace flooring, and I am left with that expense.
