My air conditioning unit was not cooling properly. I contacted Standard Heating at about 4:30 on Wednesday, 6/21. The scheduler said they could have a service tech out repair the A/C between 9:00 - 12:00 the next day. The service tech arrived exactly at 9:00AM and had the A/C up and running by 11:00.
We appreciate your prompt response to our problems.

The customer service is outstanding. I would recommend. The person who took the call was very knowledgeable. They came out the next day. The repair man didn't have the part with him, so he drove across town in rush hour traffic, got the part, came back and repaired the A/C.
My husband just had a lung transplant and with the poor air quality it was a god sent that Standard Heating & Air Conditioning was able to repair so quickly.
Two of my neighbors recently had Standard install new equipment and highly recommended them! Jude did an excellent job installing our equipment and we are extremely satisfied! We can highly recommend Standard Heating and Air Conditioning!

The furnace and AC were installed by Standard Heating and AC in the fall of 2021 - based on the timing the AC could not be tested.
When we attempted to use it for the first time in the spring of 2022 it had a leak.
My understanding was the leak had been repaired, however, when we went to use it for the first time this year the coolant had again leak out and it would not work.
My expectation when we purchased the new system was that we would not have to call you each year to repair it.
Very professional installers. Addressed all concerns or questions with care and thoroughly. Corrected minor issue later. A little overpriced. Even knocking $250 off the total after asking for a break would have made me feel so much better about the whole project.
