Very fast and extremely customer-focused. I called on a Friday, a repair person came out on Saturday and the salesperson came over on Sunday, with the new A/C installed on Tuesday. Because of the high summer temps, they were a God-send.

My service call for July 20th and 21st wenr well and I appreciated the technician. If the survey was rating only that appointment I would give a higher value, however I have a lower opinion of the company overall after learning that the technician who was here last year made a very large error and told me my air conditioner was fine when in reality the compressor was defective. This caused me to waste a year of being very uncomfortable with a unit that didn't work properly or cool sufficiently, as well as the increased expense on electric bills.
I filled out the online form in the evening and got a call from standard first thing in the morning to set up an appointment. They were able to come out the next day to assess my problem. When I needed a new air conditioner, they were able to install it later that week! Their work is always great. I have used them in the past for repairs on my 25 year old air conditioner, and I will continue to use them and recommend them!

The entire experience was prompt, professional and friendly from start to finish. From the estimate and evaluation of our HVAC needs to the finished installation, everything went off without a hitch.

Tenacious in finding AC coolant leak
Mike Ulid was very professional and helpful. I was not there for the install but was told that the crew was personable and the installation went well. The process went well and I'd contact Standard again for future HVAC needs.
