I only do carry out
This was our second to go order in a row where they have failed to give us our celery and carrots. (They gave me the extra celery I paid for though. The previous order we were with family so it is under my sisters account not ours.) Very frustrating when we live 20 - 25 minutes away. I would appreciate a discount on a future meal.

Thank you for taking a moment to write. There is nothing more frustrating then getting shorted on food. When we make a mistake in the dining room we can fix it immediately but when we mess-up on Take-Out (especially over and over), you might decide to simply stop ordering with us. We always enjoy our experience at East Coast. However, the consistency in food is concerning. One time I’ll order the sliders and they’re delicious. Next time, they don’t have slaw on them and I’m told they don’t come like that (see menu). Flatbreads are hit or miss. They can be both under and over cooked. We come to East Coast weekly and will continue to come, but it would be nice to have consistency in our meals.

Food is always very good, although ingredients are sometimes missing so dishes can’t be made. Great servers in Sean and Brittany! IPA selection could be better.

There was a long wait for seating. The restaurant is small. We skipped the line, to sit at the bar. The bar tender was alone and could only manage to do floor drinks. 15 mins later we managed to get a beer. At least another 20 minutes at the bartenders request did the manager come over and take our order. Some at least 30 mins later when we were ready to give up and leave did we get our food. The man beside us whom ordered a Togo order AFTER us was upset as well and somehow got his order before us. The staff is not very friendly. This was my second time to eat in, the food is quite tasty. However I don’t take well to poor customer service. Technology has came a long way to improve tasks for wait staff and cooks, yet we are all still human beings and a human connection is a must if you are in the customer service industry. We did personally tip the bar tender as it was apparent it was not all his fault. But we did hear him speak through out the night that he wouldn’t be working there much longer. It was a much needed date night for my husband and I , needless to say it was overal a dissapointment.
Didn’t get our veggies with our wings. Slow to refill beverages.
