Good was good but service was awful.
Fast and friendly service and the wings are the best.
I was given blue cheese instead of ranch. I asked for nacho cheese for the chips- didn’t receive that! And when asked celery or carrots I said carrots and was given celery! I’m not sure I was given the right order but we made do. Our medium wings are normally a little spicy but there had no heat.
Food is great and we love Kara!!
Ordered a burger and chips, portions are smaller, price higher and the chips were COLD. Not just warm, but cold, they had obviously been made and sitting out for a long time. Not very palatable!! Will be a while before we return, hard earned money can be spent better elsewhere.
And the waitress didn't care enough to ask how food was, so there was no sense in telling her.

The service has always been GREAT, but was ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING tonight! We ordered a bottomless basket of chips and before we could request another, our waitress arrived with it!

Kudos to whoever was the cook the day I made my order. Those were the best wings that I have ever ordered from East Coast Wings 😁

I ordered 50 wings for lunch at work and the 10 that is wanted were missing. I asked the employee if everything was in the bag and they said yes but when I called back I was told that there was a mixup in the kitchen. I was then told that they could remake the wings for me and to come back at 6pm. I then came back at 6 pm and no one knew what I was talking about. Ultimately a manager gave me the wings but the whole situation inconvenienced me. I spent $70 and my order wasn’t right and I had a hard time getting it corrected. I also think I should have been compensated for my time in addition to the replacement of my missing wings.
Food is always good. This is our favorite restaurant. Everything I've ever tried has been great. I just wish you would bring back the Monte Cristo from years ago! :)

The app is glitchy and seems to be down often. Convenience is important to me when ordering food.

The kids meal was very tasty for a snack! The wings and fries were both made perfectly. The sweet tea was good, not great, but good.
Service was impeccable. So fast and very yummy!

With our last recent pick-up order, the drinks and celery & carrots were not provided. They were for the kids who were disappointed. Both the French fries and tater tots were too salty. It was an inconvenience to have to go back and pick up these missing items from our order especially when they should have been part of the completed package.

We come in there often but I've always had a good experience. Two days ago I came in. The waitress was nice when waiting on us. My bill came to $39.01. I gave the waitress 2 $20. Bills, 1 penny and 4 $1.00 Bills. So that left her with a $5 tip. I put my rewards card in with the cash. I told her I did not want to use any of my rewards and to keep the change again that would have been a $5 tip. What the exact change I gave her I told her keep the change. She came back after a little while and brought me my rewards card and then she said to me are you sure you don't want to use any of your rewards? She said you have $5 rewards. And then I said you know what maybe just go ahead and use the $5 rewards then. So now she was supposed to bring me $5 back. So I waited and waited and she just ignored me. I finally had to stop her and she was going by the table. I asked her did you go ahead and add the $5 rewards on to my bill? She said yes. I said okay so you're going to bring me my $5 back? Then she said I thought you said I can keep the change. I said I did I gave you a $5 tip already. She was really rude and got mad and unzipped her little case where she has her tips and pulled out the four ones that I had given her and she said that's all I have. And she gave me a really bad attitude. I said well then you need to go get another dollar somewhere. so she went in the back she must have told some of the workers cuz they looked around the corner and we're looking at me. After a while she finally came out with $1. Walked across the room with her arm out walked near the table and toss the dollar bill on the table and stared me in the eyes and gave me the dirtiest look and attitude and then turned around and walked away. I was in shock. I have never had a problem with the waitress in it before everyone has been nice. Why would this girl think I would tell her to go ahead and add my rewards so she can keep an extra $5 tip? That does not even make sense. She was thinking she deserved a $10 tip? I don't believe it was a misunderstanding at all I believe she just thought I wasn't going to say anything. She was not looking out for me when she asked me if I wanted to use my reward that would have saved me $5 she was looking out for herself trying to get an extra $5 and hoping I wouldn't say anything. So I won't be back in there not as long as she is working there. This happened on this last Thursday June 8th at around 11:30 a.m.. we sat in the booth near the window closest to the pickup food area and door. I don't know her name but I do think she needs to be spoke to.
