Good service and quality food!

Wing heat level needs to be more consistent. Wings were cooked a little to miuch
When I arrived to pick up my order, the manager was leaned against the counter facing me and was on her phone. She made no effort to acknowledge or greet me. Meanwhile, another employee came up and asked what I needed and when I told her I was there for a pick up order, the manager then stepped forward and checked me out. I wouldn’t even expect this type of behavior from an employee, much less a manager.
Service was quick and so nice. Sauce with wings was outstanding!
Ordered wings (it was 75 cent night). 3 orders. First bill was $45. I questioned being charged full price and the waitress said that she forgot. No worries. She came back out with a $65 bill. So then she got the manager who “fixed it”. The bill was then $44. I also used $15 of rewards I had. I still knew something was not right but at that point was frustrated and ready to go. When I got home I realized that while she reduced the cost of the 3 orders, there was still a full price 4th order on the ticket…..there were only 3 orders. So I essentially wasted my rewards on a meal that wasn’t there. Food is always great and service is decent…I know how hard it is to hire and keep people. But I don’t think I will be returning.

There were flies everywhere. We were the only two people dining in the restaurant. It took quite some time for anyone to come to our table. The food was mediocre.

I ate there for lunch that day and the wings were really good. That night I decided to place a to go order for the family. The wings and chips I got that night were terrible. The wings barely had any sauce on them. Out of 3 flavors we couldn’t taste any difference because they were so dry and bland. 3 boxes of chips were burnt and had a foul taste from being cooked too long. Out of 35 wings, my family maybe ate 12 and threw the rest away
Service was horrible and.the wings were over cooked. We ordered endless chips and cheese sauce. The first order of chips came out and no sauce. No dip and we asked 20 min later when the server came back that we never got our.cheese sauce. Drinks were not filled etc.

I always enjoy my food and service, at East Coast wings. But, I, along with many other customers will only come in when Tabby is working. Instead of promoting her and having her train new people on how to treat your customers, how to get their repeated business, how to interact with them, how to always stay on top of all your customers drinks, "She's Awesome", and therefore, she gets more customers and better tips then the rest. My advice is to quit being jealous of her and try to learn from her. Because, if you ever lose her, you'll lose half of your business.
A couple of other things. I get along with Stephanie. She's good on the grill. But, I've seen her be out of line with some employees. She's gotten big headed lately. As a manager for over 25 years, I'll tell you, she isn't manager material.
One other thing, you have the best, perfectly crisp, and perfect to my pallet and tastes. But, only when Nary is working the fryer. They are absolutely perfect, , verytime., Only when he makes them. That's not just my opinion, I hear all of this from so many of your customers.

I haven't been to EC Wings in some time - I was disappointed in my recent visit. It's almost like you have a new cook. I ordered garlic parmesan wings and there wasn't ANY garlic on the wings and it looked like all someone did was pour parmesan cheese on fried wings. We weren't asked if we wanted any heat to the wings either. I have had wings there many times and never been disappointed. This time the flavors just weren't good. In addition to the flavor of the wings, our server didn't refill our glasses with ice, but filled them up with hot tea. She didn't come back to check on us or I would have asked for a glass of ice.
I will visit EC Wings again and hopefully the wings will be back to their amazing flavors. Maybe a GC for my next visit??
Very friendly service
The app needs to have an option where you can make requests for wings. Like “wings wet”. The last two times I went prior. The wing sauce was very dry & this time I ordered through the app, called as soon as I finished ordering to request wings be wet and was told it couldn’t be done bc my food was already bag. Which is very unbelievable since I had literally just pressed order.
