My order was missing the extra dressing that I paid for. I received a Cesar salad with no Caesar dressing. The side of fries I received was cold, over cooked and I had to throw away without eating
Waitress was difficult to track down. Wings were NOT hot but warm when delivered to table. Salad was excellent.
Food was great!
Phone service could be better. Was on hold for 15 mins got to restaurant before someone picked back up on phone. Then inside restaurant had to wait a few minutes before placing ordee fue to staff just standing around talking with one another. I am customer service area snd this was not a pleasant experience. Food was just okay wings were not cripsy cook as if not cook all the way had some pink inside.

Had 10.00 credit went back later to order it went down to 5.00 no one knew why a little disappointed in 5.00 went off my credit rewards.
Friendly and quick for lunch.
We wanted a pitcher of natural light beer but was told we couldn’t get it in a pitcher because it was cheap enough by the glass. But why not have a pitcher a pitcher available so we don’t have to wait for another beer after glass has emptied and waitress too busy and we thirst while eating and still waiting for a beer

I ordered bone in wings. Two of the wings still had feathers on them, which was hard to see with the sauce on them. They should never have been served. When the waitress came to the table as we were finishing and I told her about it, she did offer to get me a couple replacement wings, but by then we needed to leave to get back to work. I was surprised that they did not offer to discount my meal or offer the wings for free. I only got 5 and 2 had feathers...

We couldn't taste the flavor on the wet wings. It's like they never applied it.
The quality of the food is great and we didn't have any complaints in that regard at all. What seems to be an ongoing problem is time. It always takes too long and it's one of the reasons why we haven't been back as often as before.

I always look forward to visiting East Coast Wings in Mocksville, NC. Food is always great and the mobile app makes it so easy to order.
The food was good. I made a mistake on my order so I wanted to place another order online and was unable. The site kept saying on line order was unavailable. So I tried to call in an order and no one would answer. You would get an answering machine asking you to leave a message but leaving a message does not get an order placed. The all happened within minutes of my nephew picking our order up. I tried for over an hour to call and place the order. I finally just gave up and went home, which is 25 min. away. That is what is disappointing about my experience.
I order some nacho cheese sauce for my fries and did not receive it. I would like a coupon for my next visit.
