Your company never gives up -- I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND YOU HAVE ALWAYS COME THROUGH FOR ME (EXAMPLE: A fairly large area of my lawn is having problems germinating seed. Peter, one of your specialists, recommended that I cover the area with 2 inches of soil, which I did, and your company seeded it at NO EXPENCE .

You address issues when brought to your attention
Success with appearance of lawn is priority of course. When techs check in prior to spraying lawns I can get my dog inside from back yard before they start.
I had service for bushes and trees last year . Paid for a whole season and there was no improvement in bushes that were infested, in fact, some are worse. I stopped that service this year.
Our lawn has improved dramatically since we began TruGreen. I really appreciate that you're willing to work with me on price to fit my tight budget.
