Charlie O’Connell closely manages our property making sure our needs are met and our questions are answered. He is very responsive and we always hear back from him promptly. He also keeps us updated about our services.

Charlie O'Connell went above and beyond to make a visit to my house as I had trouble getting someone to talk to. He walked the yard, addressed my questions, and is setting up an appointment with his tree expert. He is going to review the combinations of treatments to make sure they best suit my needs. He is awesome.

Always friendly professional service. When William came to my property, my spring clean-up crew had not come yet to pick up twigs and branches in the yard. William took the extra time to pick up most of it before he put down the fertilizer. I told him I appreciated that and thanked him very much. Every Tru-Green person who has been to my yard over the years has always been professional and friendly. Very good service.

Since I've paid for the services in advance I'd like to have a schedule for the remaining 6 treatments (when & what). Also I'd like to be able to contact our local TruGreen office directly by phone as I could in the past.

This is my second year with Tru-Green. And I have been very satisfied with their service.
It's easy and a no brainer. You take care of all our needs regarding our lawn and tree
care. BUT, to get in touch with a real person on the phone is impossible since
the business has changed owners. I find that annoying.
Tech shows up when promised.
The technician does not need to have us present. He comes in and attends to the lawn and leaves us a slip. We appreciate getting the call the previous day to let us know someone will be here to attend to the lawn. Whenever we are at home, the attendant is always very polite and answers any questions we may have concerning the treatment in progress.
I can forget about it and depend on the experts from TruGreen.
Convenient and cost effective. I cannot purchase the product and spread it for less than I am being charged by TruGreen.
