The technician showed up at the appointed time ready willing and able to work. He methodically cleaned the carpets, making sure not to disturb any of the furniture or knick-knacks. He inspected the job upon its completion making sure he had not overlooked anything, gave us the bill and left after payment. This technician was affable, responsible and hard working and the end product reflected all of those qualities. This was a job well done.
The people that helped us were professional, courteous and helpful. Zerorez did a great job of removing the build up of residue from several years worth of regular carpet cleaning chemicals. All our tough spots, including dander and oils from our dog, came clean. Thanks for the great job!

I couldn't clean my 19-year old light beige carpet to even look passable. After using Zerorez the first time the carpet had a nice even look with all the dark areas that wouldn't go away before, completely gone and now was easier to vacuum as the nap was standing up. Having it cleaned again after the holidays, I don't believe I will have to replace this carpet for a long time.

My carpets are so clean! They have never come out this clean when I have had them cleaned by other companies. You said you would be here between 8-8:30 and were here right at 8. Ben, the technician, was great! He was very careful. With the furniture and worked hard. I will definatly use zerorez again and recommend to friends.

Mark is a great tech. This product dries faster and cleans better then any cleaning products, better then stanley steamer, chem-dry, or what I can do.
The Zerorez service was outstanding. The man who cleaned our carpets was friendly and went out of his way to provide excellent service. If I had a business I would hire him on the spot, for his outstanding work-ethic, and commitment to providing quality service.

I can show you the pictures i took w/ my Iphone why. I was really hoping you will clean up the carpet and the couch. You were NOT ABLE TO REMOVE SIMPLE BALLPEN INK from the couch. I could have use the other carpet cleaners and have the same result at 1/3 the price!

Customer service, professional and of course the results! I have already refered many people and while some think it is expensive I could not disagree more. My carpets stays clean longer so whether I pay $240 once a year or $60 four times a year, the once a year price is not more expensive.
You always do a Great Job and your workers are the best... very professional, friendly, and explain all that they do. They really care. That is so nice...
