What do you like about our products and services?

Overall we were very happy. Our carpets look great! The entire cleaning process took longer than I expected and they also took about 2-3 days to completely dry. Those are not complaints they are just a thing to know ahead of time to be better prepared. Diego did a great job and was very professional.

No chemicals and the successful stain lifting! I have a 20 month old son so I don't worry about harmful ingredients.

Once I found Zerorez I've never used anyone else. The product is amazing. Every bit of grime is gone...and STAYS gone! I love that you also do so much more than just carpet. I'll be using you for the many other services you provide as needed. And...absolutely! I'll turn everyone onto Zerorez!!! Thanks so much. Zerorez rocks!!!

THE TECHNICIAN WAS GREAT. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THE OUTCOME WAS WONDERFUL. MY CARPETS THAT HAD SIGNIFICANT STAINS AND HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED IN 2 YEARS LOOK LIKE NEW.

What do you like about our products and services?

My carpeting and upholstery were super clean and fresh after the Zerorez treatment. The technician was very courteous and thorough in dealing with accumulated sand in the carpeting as I live at the beach. I am thrilled with the results of Zerorez and plan to repeat the treatments every year if not sooner. Thank you for coming all the way to Ventura with your wonderful service!

The men came on time- finished quickly - had some great suggestions - were neat and clean and did a fabulous job- Our carpet (about 20 yrs old) looks new again -
They also cleaned my husbands (and grand-children's ) favorite Lazy Boy - so all is fresh and clean. Thank you Thank you - We will definitely have you back and highly recommend your service.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was a new client and when scheduled the appointment the person I spoke with did not
give me accurate information as to the process and the cost. When I schedule a service
of any kind I like to know exactly what they will be doing and what it will cost me.
The service technition did not go that extra mile after we resoved everything to leave
me feeling excited. Also, the girl on the phone told me the carpet would be dry in an hour or two but it took all of the next day as well.

My couch and loveseat came out looking like new again! And, my very old carpeting came out great as well. I really thought it was a goner! Bow I can have the time I need to save up for new floors and still have company over to our home again. I couldn't have been happier. I also appreciate the clean cut look of the serviceman who came out to my home. In fact, I told him that. Our technician was Brian and he was wonderful.

The technican arrived prompty - which is VERY important to working, single woman. He was knowledgable, friendly and efficient. He made recommendations without pressure. He completed the work as agreed upon. And he left my house as we discussed (I had left for work). I heard about the company on the Melinda Lee cooking show...and would very definitly recommend them to friends....and use them again!

Name is great, backward or forward! Ben arrived early, got right to work and did a fabulous job. I do not like carpeting because of everything that hides in it so I'm glad there is a service that doesn't leave chemicals and other products in the carpet that may harm us or our grandchildren.
