They did what I expected - cleaned the carpets
I cant say enough positive things about my experience with Service Master. The two employees that came to my house were professional, courteous and helpful. I will definitely recommend Service Master to my friends and family.
I placed things off the floor so more rug could be cleaned...maybe some of the lighter things could have been raised by the operator (who was very pleasant and answered my questions)
They come on time,explain everything very well, do a good job and are very helpful.

Technician Jorge did an excellent job cleaning our carpets in a timely manner. He was very respectful and told us what to expect when he went from room to room.

One of the two people that came was the person who came three years ago. He was very friendly and made sure we were completely satisfied before they left. The second person was on the quiet side but was a great worker. The two made a great team. The carpet was very dirty and had a lot of stains on it and I was not sure about the one area getting clean. It looks great.
If I were able to use your service, I would not hesitate calling your company.

It doesn't look like the downstairs and steps was ever cleaned, At all. And the edges in the bedrooms were not properly cleaned.
