The tech and booker were extremely compassionate and quick to act on our situation. That was tremendous.
Check with customer in a day or two after rugs are dry to see if there are spots that might need more attention. I have two small areas that I think need a second cleaning.

Very cordial staff, technicians have respect for the customers property and take pride in the work they do to satisfy customers.
Ended up spending almost $1200 to clean my warehouse and ended up getting docked $900 for cleaning services anyway from the complex. When I called and asked what could be done, I was told I’d get a call back the next day, that was almost 2 weeks ago. They also took almost 3 hours less than the estimate yet I still got charged the full price. I was also told they could “try” to clean the walls and scuff marks off of the floor and was charged for it, yet they didn’t and it was noted by the complex they had to repaint and re clean the floors anyway. Waste of time and money. I would’ve been better off not even having them clean had I known it wouldn’t be done correctly and I wouldn’t have been out another $1200 right before Christmas. So thanks.

Due to unfortunate circumstances our house was vandalized right before Christmas during your very busy time, but you still made it work out. Two gentlemen came and cleaned the rugs and hardwood floors and made the place look very clean and fresh. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Only one suggestion... When we do the walk-through I would have them either take off their shoes or put booties over their shoes because it leaves marks on the newly finished hardwood floors. Thank you again, Name removed

Both men were pleasant, and the job was completed satisfactorily. I would not hesitate to use your firm in the future, if the need arises.

Yes my cleaner was very friendly and took his time and did a fantastic job. Carpets looked great!
Great job cleaning, carpet looks amazing. However there are few area's that things weren't moved to clean under. I wish they had been more clear on what we had to move ahead time or what they were not willing to move. Other than that, great service!
We appreciate your comments. On this particular job, the work order indicated that the "open areas" were to be cleaned. This would mean to the technicians that no contents were to be moved during the cleaning process. We would be more than happy to move some of the furnishings next time. Thank you!

Technician was competent, polite, on time, and thorough. As an older person myself, he helped me move two recliners which I could never have done alone. I have already had someone ask me the charge and he was surprised at the excellent job for the reasonable charge. I will use Service Master again. Thank you.

In asking what had to be done, Carlos and Tiwana communicated with us very well and asked us if we were satisfied with the work. The entire outside of the house had to be manually scrubbed and they worked very hard and efficiently. We are satisfied with the job.

Big George was extremely polite! He was clear about what had to be done. He did an excellent job. The stains we completely gone. The price was right. The only suggestion I have is when there are heavy spots or water damage like our carpet had is they put the white powder down so while th carpet dries the stain is absorbed by the powder. It works.
Even if the charge is more, if they would come back and vacuum up the powder as part of the finished job. We had to vacuum up the powder with our vacuum. It was messy and not all vacuums can handle all the powder. I would recommend Service Master of Allentown.
All went smooth from the phone call to finish product. All persons involved were very nice and quality work and great price.
