Spot on! No pun intended. Very professional service and Terry Arndt, project manager did a super job arranging the services for my rental property. He went above and beyond in keeping in touch about the project - I live in a different state - 800 miles away. My son went to the house and told me what a great job they did!

Very courteous and prompt service. The workers are courteous as well as the staff. I had initially asked a question when I called that could not be answered at that time, but within minutes, she had someone call back with the answer. They did a very good job!

ServiceMaster is very quick and efficient. I was moving into a new house and I wanted to have my carpets cleaned before I moved in. I walked into the establishment on a Monday morning and my cleaning was scheduled for the next day! I have two small children so I had asked that I was notified at least 45 minutes prior to their arrival at my residence. This would alot me the time to take my kids to a babysitter and meet the ServiceMaster associates at my new house. I happened to be running late that particular day and when they called me I was not quite ready. I asked if they could take the next customer ahead of me and then clean my carpets when they were finished. I was told I was the last customer they had at the time. They proceeded to ask when I would be ready. I gave them a specific time and they agreed to that time. When the time was approaching I received another phone call asking if I was ready for them to come. After their arrival both associates were very friendly and well mannered. They were very thorough and made sure I was well informed of what to expect as far as safety while the carpets were wet etc. I am very pleased with the service I received from ServiceMaster. I would absolutely use this company again and I would recommend them to anybody who is thinking about having their carpets cleaned.

Excellent results, very nice technician. Even though your truck broke down I explained that I had moved a lot of furniture and did not want to reschedule, ServiceMaster got to me the day I expected.

The guy who cleaned spoke english, he was extremely friendly & patient with my kids. He thoroughly cleaned my sectional & carpets, no quikie there. His last name sounded like Arizona (spanish guy)

My only complaint is that my carpets were very, very wet. The one room took more than 24 hours to dry.

The carpet and apolstry that was cleaned was only 2 years old and hardly dirty. My husband and I basically wanted to freshen it up before our 4th of July party. We were disappointed because the very few spots that needed attention were still visible (both on the carpet and apolstry) after the cleaning.

Our rugs were very wet after the cleaning. I think they could have been dried a little bit better. Otherwise, the job was well done.
The time was scheduled for mid-morning, the worker called about 15 minutes before arrival to let us know he was enroute. He was efficient and effective and very polite.
the man that cleaned our carpet was very good . he lisent to my conserns and did everything in his power to get the job don wright.
