The person doing the job was very nice and efficient and my carpets looked great when he finished.
the gentleman who came was VERY nice....BUT we are dissatisfied with the cleaning. I understood the "high traffic" areas may not come or look as clean as the rest of the floor..but when i felt the carpet to see if it was dry, first it was second day after before all of the carpet felt dry, but i continued to get some kind of sticky feeling film off the carpet. I ran the vacuum over all of the carpet, but i crawled around again last night and the knees of my jeans and my hands had that sticky feel to it still. I do not know what your company uses to clean the carpet, but a recleaning would probably still leave a residue, so if that would be the case a refund the payment we made would be the only resolution. In addition we had the rooms almost totally emptied at the time of the cleaning and are trying to get our stuff completely moved back into these rooms currently.

Competent & thorough
Unfortunately, I paid $95 for 1 small room to get the pet odor out. After 2 applications the room still smells and the dogs have not returned to the house. Now I am replacing the carpet. While the carpet is clean, I could have done that myself. It was money completely wasted.
