I was very pleased with all aspects of my interaction with ServiceMaster! From scheduling to estimate to having the work done, everyone was very nice and professional. The two technicians called to let me know when to expect them. When they arrived, they did the work efficiently and skillfully. Overall, a great experience!

Certain scents trigger migraines for me and Service Master was very accommodating, they have a scent free cleaning solution, and did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. We would definitely use them again.

First of all your technicians were super! The head tech did a great job of explaining what he specifically did at my property and why and was very open to my asking questions and giving me full explanations. Also he educated me about the wide range of services that ServiceMaster can provide. Very good people skills both techs had. They worked timely, thoroughly and efficiently to get the job done.
